Steve Group (Thailand) Co.,Ltd started off in 2009 when Khun Steve set up his very first business – Hotel Stylish, a sales and marketing service provider to medium – small size boutique hotels. By 2011, Khun Steve was thinking about expanding new business within the same business line. He then opened up his first restaurant by the river – Steve Café and Cuisine followed by Steve Design, which provides artwork and website design service. In 2013, he launched his second restaurant under the name Steve Café & Cuisine In Town in Soi Ari area and decided to set up Steve Group (Thailand) Co.,Ltd to pull all businesses under the same umbrella brand. Khun Steve set up two more business. One is Bed Stylish, which provides business operating and managing service for smaller 3-star and below hotels. Building on his extensive experience in hospitality management, Khun Steve, within the same year, launched his own hotel under the name Steve Boutique Hostel. Recently this year, he is building a jazz bar -   Ja Kin Ya Bon Cuisine & Bar in Paan Fah area and will be officially opened in February of this year.

Until today, Khun Steve’s business group has grown from three employees to 40 employees nowadays.

Steve believes that a good business is a strong, sustainable and socially responsible business. Steve Group is committed to giving back to society and did several social programs over the last 4 years – arranging an audio tour at Golden Teak Museum for visually impaired students and donating used cosmetics from Steve Group’s employees and customers to the Department of Forensic Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Siriraj Hospital for the body makeup purpose.

บริษัท สตีฟ กรุ๊ป (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด  เรื่มต้นมาจากการเปิดบริษัทโฮเต็ล สไตล์ลิส ซึ่งเป็นธุรกิจแรกของคุณสตีฟเอง เมื่อปี 2009 ซี่งเป็นบริษัทที่ทำเรื่องการขายและการตลาดให้กับโรงแรมขนาดเล็กในลักษณะบูติคโฮเต็ล จนกระทั่งถึงปี 2011 คุณสตีฟเริ่มมองดูว่ามีธุรกิจที่ตัวเองอยากทำอีกหลายอย่างซึ่งสามารถเกื้อหนุนกันได้และอยู่ในสายงานเดียวกัน คือ ร้านอาหารซึ่งในปี 2012 คุณสตีฟได้เปิดร้านอาหารไทยริมแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยาโดยใช้ชื่อร้าน Steve Café & Cuisine และเปิดบริษัท Steve Design ขึ้นมาเพื่อออกแบบ ดีไซน์ทุกอย่างเช่น เสื้อผ้า งาน Artwork ,website ล่วงเลยมาถึงในปี 2013 คุณสตีฟได้เปิดร้านอาหารไทยเพิ่มขึ้นอีกสาขาโดยใช้ชือร้าน Steve Café & Cuisine InTown ซึ่งตั้งอยู่บริเวณ ซอยอารีย์ พร้อม ๆ กับจดทะเบียนจัดตั้งบริษัทในนาม Steve Group (Thailand) Co.,Ltd ขึ้นมาเพื่อรวบรวมทุก ๆ บริษัทในกลุ่มเข้ามาอยู่ภายใต้ Brand หลักเดียวกันและในปี 2014 คุณสตีฟยังได้เพิ่มธุรกิจอีก 2 บริษัทคือ บริษัท BedStylish Co.,Ltd  ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทที่รับบริหารโรงแรมเล็ก ๆ ระดับสามดาวลงมาพร้อม ๆ กับเปิดธุรกิจโฮสเท็ลเล็ก ๆ ของตัวเองขึ้นมาด้วยโดยใช้ชื่อ Steve Boutique Hostel จนกระทั่งมาถึงปี 2015 คุณสตีฟกำลังดำเนินการก่อสร้าง Jazz Bar ที่ชื่อว่า Ja Kin Ya Bon Cuisine & Bar ขึ้นแถว ๆ ผ่านฟ้าในเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2015 นี้

ซึ่งคุณสตีฟใช้เวลาทั้งหมด 4 ปีในการก่อตั้งและขยับขยายขับเคลื่อนบริษัทที่เป็นธุรกิจของตัวเองโดยเริ่มจากมีพนักงาน 3 คนจนมาถึงวันนี้บริษัทสตีฟ กรุ๊ป (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัดได้มีพนักงานในเครือทั้งหมด 40 คน

คุณสตีฟกล่าวว่าเขาเป็นบริษัทคนไทยเล็ก ๆ บริษัทหนึ่งในสังคมแต่เราต้องดำเนินธุรกิจให้เข้มแข็งและมั่นคงไปพร้อม ๆ กับตอบแทนสังคมอยู่ตลอดเวลา  ซึ่งที่ผ่านมาคุณสตีฟได้นำทีมพนักงานร่วมทำกิจกรรมตอบแทนสังคมหลายอย่าง เช่นพาน้อง ๆ ผู้มีความบกพร่องทางสายตามาเที่ยวชมพิพิจภัณฑ์สักทอง วัดเทวราชกุญชร และมารับประทานอาหาร ที่ร้านหรือการนำโครงการรับบริจาคเครื่องสำอางค์จากลูกค้าที่ร้าน ซึ่งนำไปบริจาคให้กับโรงพยาบาลศิริราชสำหรับ ใช้แต่งหน้าศพและโครงการอื่น ๆ มากมายตลอดระยะเวลา 4 ปีที่ผ่านมา

คุณสตีฟได้มุ่งมั่นและบอกกล่าวกับพนักงานทุกคนในบริษัทว่า “การดำเนินธุรกิจของเราต้องตอบสนองความต้องการ ของลูกค้าให้มีความสุขและตอบแทนสังคมควบคู่กันไปตลอดเวลา”
